This is a rare, intimate culinary experience limited to just 6 participants. Spend an unforgettable week in Gascony, South West France, immersed in the region’s world-class gastronomy, fine wines, and rich culture.

Stay in a beautifully restored 180-year-old private farmhouse, nestled in 50 acres of tranquil countryside, with a dedicated team of staff ensuring every detail of your stay is perfect.

Your culinary journey is led by Michelin-star-trained chefs, Jérôme or Guillaume, both masters of traditional French cooking and passionate teachers. In this hands-on cooking course, you’ll:

  • Master the art of French breads, pastries, and pastas

  • Create meat, fish, and seasonal dishes from scratch

  • Perfect classic sauces and desserts

  • Learn expert tips for presentation and flavor pairing

This immersive cooking holiday, , conducted in English and French, is designed for guests with some culinary experience and a deep love of cooking. You’ll work alongside your chef mentors, preparing each dish from raw ingredients, and leave with invaluable skills to impress at home.

  • This is an all inclusive holiday. Once you arrive at the farmhouse (or Agen train station) everything is covered - all meals, all visits, all tastings

  • 50 hours of activities and courses

If two people travel together and share a room, a 240€ discount is offered

Non participating partners can holiday with you, enjoying all the meals and excursions, for 1600€

Anchor 1

The itinerary is for guidance only and is subject to change depending on the group’s needs and wishes but is typically as follows:

Day 1 – Arrival day​

  • Arrive in the afternoon to be greeted by your friendly hosts. There is a free collection service from Agen train station. Airport (Toulouse, Bordeaux, Bergerac) collections can be arranged upon request for a supplement

  • Settle into your delightful room before getting to know your fellow guests over delicious aperitifs

  • Enjoy a social evening with a three-course gourmet dinner served in the farmhouse kitchen along with a short introduction from your hosts about what to expect over the next few days

Day 2 – Market & Boutique wines

  • This morning after breakfast you will go to a local delightful village market. Coffee and croissants with the locals with a brief history of the ancient kingdom of Henri IV, the future king of France.

  • You will then return to the farmhouse to relax by the pool.

  • A delicious lunch will be served by the pool or in the farmhouse kitchen

  • After lunch we will begin to explore the wines of the region, sampling the best wines we have discovered from local family producers. Learn the differences between the great wines and how to select the right wine to best accompany your meal. This is a wine course like no other – we select only the best wines from the best boutique vineyards in France.

  • Dinner will be served back at the farmhouse giving you time to relax in the lounge or by the swimming pool or to take advantage of one of the onsite activities such as pool, table tennis or cycling

Day 3 to 7 – Cooking school

  • After a leisurely breakfast, it’s time to enter the kitchen and begin your culinary experience!

  • We will focus on preparing delicious meals from fresh local ingredients. You’ll prepare lunch then dinner. We will occasionally escape the kitchen to visit local markets during the day where your chef will guide you through what to look for in good ingredients.

  • During this course you will learn to prepare meals from scratch. You’ll do the work, guided by Jerome. This is not a demonstration course.

  • The course will include;

We will also visit local chai to enjoy tasting some local wines and Armagnac

Day 8 – Departure Day

  • After breakfast, guests are asked to check out by 10am

  • You will return home with fantastic memories and new skills to last you a lifetime
